We spend our lives searching for happiness.

We dig in all sorts of places to find it. Sometimes we look in the wrong direction. Sometimes where we look makes us sad or even unhappy. We live our lives unsure of what truly makes people happy. Along the way, we find joy and peace in other things like family and friends. Those things do make us happy, it’s true.

But this is a different kind of happiness. It’s a school-girl kind of giddy excitement that is purely and honestly straight from the heart and soul. There is nothing better in this world than the happiness that results from finding your true love. Your better half. Your life-long best friend. Your partner in crime.

THIS is what happiness is all about. Every feeling and emotion from the inside is all shined up and put on display. THIS is why I love my job:  to see moments like THIS spreading all over the world. THIS makes me want to curl up next to my husband and re-live every second of our own wedding day, to feel THIS all over again, every day for the rest of my life. {Even if it DOES rain on your wedding day!}

{And, of course, some rad Red shoes doesn’t hurt either!}
