As I walked down to the South River Overlook at Quiet Waters Park, I saw my friend, Sarah, from a distance. As soon as she spotted me, she yelled “HEY!” and suddenly, two very large, black dogs ran from behind her…towards me!
Sarah and I have been planning our photo shoot for literally, MONTHS! We met up down in Ocean City earlier this summer and decided that we had to make this happen! Well, finally…we did. I first took pictures of Sarah and her brother, Josh. They are so funny together! Poor Josh really didn’t want his picture taken, but he was a good sport. I bribed him with a lolly pop 😉 After we took a few shots of them, we replaced Josh with Sarah’s other half: her boyfriend, Matt. OH, and their two gigantic dogs!
I had forgotten how beautiful the South River Overlook is…I haven’t been to Quiet Waters Park since High School, yet it has remained totally unchanged. I was having a field day with my new camera (more on this later)! The lighting was bright, but fun and Sarah and Matt are, well… gorgeous! It makes my job easy when I have beautiful models. Thankfully, I haven’t had any problem finding them!
When I was going though all the pictures, I was noticing how much fun Sarah and Matt have together. They are also totally in love with each other and that is just so apparent in these photos. Can you just feel the chemistry?!
Anyways, thanks Sarah, Matt, Josh and puppies for meeting up with me! I’m so happy our date finally worked out! You all are just lovely people and I had so much fun following y’all around with a camera!

Here’s Sarah and Matt. They make each other laugh. *smile*
Pardon me, but this is one of my favorites. It has so much emotion in it. I’m thinking of naming it…any suggestions? “Embrace?” Perhaps that’s too unoriginal. Thoughts?
I love the white gazebos in this picture!
Sarah, Josh + Company!
ADORABLE! Isn’t Sarah just beautiful?!
The dogs are not to be forgotten… Sarah’s brother was the dog-keeper (or not) while Sarah and Matt were being models.
Classic Annapolis. This is what makes me miss it so, so much! Please note the sailboat in the background and the yummy, hazy light!
Thanks again, Sarah, Matt, Josh and puppies for spending the evening with me! It was SO much fun!
