This is the time of year for families.

The warm weather is luring everyone out of their houses to enjoy the sunshine and seasonal heat. It’s also keeping us photographers SUPER busy, which is AWESOME. I’m certainly not one to complain…I have met more people over the past six months since I’ve started my business than I have the entire two years I’ve been living down here! It’s absolutely fabulous and I just love creating those lasting friendships.

Well, last weekend, I met up with the Berry Family at Greenwell State Park, the site of many of my photo shoots. Their three kids certainly keep Reggie and Brady busy, but I think I was more worn out at the end of their shoot than their youngest, Lyric  :o) Just kidding. It was SO fun and I’m so happy the weather held out for us!

Earlier that morning, I met up with my good friends Candice and Andy. Remember them from when they were pregnant? Well, they’ve since welcomed precious little Abishai (pronounced Aba-Shy) into the world only a few short weeks ago. I got to capture this guy’s wide blue eyes and some truly beautiful pictures of their newly formed family. You better check back for this post as it made me tear-y eyed while I was taking the pictures. This one is not to be missed!
