There were five of them. The three kids sat patiently on a damp rock until I told them what to do. Just what every kid wants to do on a Saturday afternoon, I thought to my self. Kids like to toss leaves, right? Right.
And toss leaves they did. I tried to switch it up so that their parents, Brian and Laura, got a turn tossing some leaves. The first try didn’t go so well. Apparently “tossing” is synonymous with “hurling.” Poor Laura got smothered on the first go around…but she was brave enough to let them have a second try!
I met the lovely Boothe Family at St. Mary’s College, one of my new favorite places to shoot. (If you’ve never been, please take a trip…in the summer or fall, it’s just beautiful!) All three kids, along with their parents, were such good sports with great smiles the whole afternoon! We had to sneak in some goofy faces for good measure 🙂
Thank you guys for meeting with me after such a long time of planning and re-scheduling! We couldn’t have picked a better day! Enjoy!
Gorgeous couple, no?!
Brian Jr., Logan and Taylor… this was towards the end when they were ready to GO! Hence little Taylor’s face! Love it!
Take 3 of leaf “tossing.”
Taylor is so precious and she’s totally sassy… she needs to be with 2 older brothers! Her hair is so girlie!
Brian and his boys, one of my favorites.
Eskimo Kisses!
Wonder what they’re laughing at? Keep scrolling down…
These little turkeys kept making faces at them!
Ok, for real.
My favorite!
