Pumpkin patches and corn maze’s are not the only things that surround this family. Love. Support. Kindness. Laughter. Clearly, this family loves to dish it out, too.

I met up with the Bowles and Wallace families at their family farm, Bowles Farms in the far reaches of beautiful St. Mary’s County. Famously known in the fall for their fabulous (and rather difficult) corn maze, the Bowles and Wallace families stay busy during the weekends and have a chance to relax and prepare during the week.

After shooting in unseasonably cold temperatures for mid-October, they brought me inside their barn for some Hot Chocolate and to thaw out my poor fingers and toes. They even sent me on the road with a to-go cup 🙂

Any brides looking to get married in Southern Maryland, check out Bowles Farm. They have a beautiful barn (complete with heaters for cooler weather!) on the grounds that can hold a small army! I don’t think you could find nicer vendors, either!

Thanks Bowles and Wallace families for spending the evening with me and for being so patient while it was so cold! You have such a kind and caring family and are truly blessed!
